Shipping and handling rates TOP
All stated rates are for USA and Canada only. If you are an international buyer, please email me for rates to your destination.
Shipping charges on multiple items TOP
The shopping cart figures each item separately. Once I have your items packed and weighed, I will refund the shipping difference (if there is one) to your paypal account.
Rest assured that I will not charge excessive handling fees, if any at all.
Shipping methods TOP
I generally ship next business day via USPS first class and priority mail. On large items I sometimes ship UPS.
International orders are shipped via First Class international unless you request other shipping methods.
Layaway or items placed on hold TOP
Items can be held for 7 days with no money down
Layaway is for 30 days with 20% down.
Down payment is non refundable in the event of cancellation

Custom orders TOP
I do accept custom orders, but they require me to put aside my regular work. Therefore the rates are a bit higher. Please email for a quote.
I require 50% down on all custom orders, which is non refundable if you cancel your order. If I am unable to complete your order, I will refund the deposit.
Returns TOP
All sales are considered final due to the one of kind nature of my items.
If you are unhappy with an item, please email me and we will see what can be worked out for a fair solution for all concerned
